What’s required…
- Complete the survey to fill in your details and help me to accurately capture your information. The last day to submit is September 30, 2019. (some exceptions apply)
- At least one promotional email PLUS one social media post to your audience. Note 3 to 4 mentions are highly encouraged. The more we ALL promote the more buzz we ALL will generate. The promotional calendar and swipe files will be sent approximately 4 weeks before the event.
- By signing on you agree to send out promotional emails and posts between October 18 – November 21, 2019.
What I need from you…
Once your invitation is confirmed, please submit the following materials to info@thecreativehuddle.com by October 25th.
- A brief bio (2-3 sentences).
- A professional head-shot.
- Places where you have been featured.
- A free lead magnet for participants to join your list.
- A special gift to be included as part of a fast-action bonus (optional).
- Photos/videos of you in action behind the scenes with your audience for event promotional purposes (optional).
What are the session requirements…
You must submit a 15-20-minute (max 30-45 minutes) no-fluff video training session to info@thecreativehuddle.com that will provide at least one transformation by October 30th. I will touch bases with you to confirm your topic.
Speaker topics range from how to attract clients without being salesy, become a social media maven, charge more and get more, realize your creative gifts, website design/SEO, handling toxic family members, change your money mindset and save 5 figures or more, build self-confidence, time management, organization, productivity, balance family and work, etc.
Please adhere to video recording best practices:
- Keep your video to 15-20 minutes (max 30-45 minutes).
- Ensure a stable internet connection.
- Make sure your background and surroundings are free of distractions and heavy noise.
- Stay on target during your training and no heavy pitching. If the audience connects with you, they will sign up to follow you.
- Do share your business specialty, how they can get in contact with you and remind them to check out your free lead magnet.
How do I get paid…
- I will forward the information to sign up for your partner (affiliate) link to use on all promotional materials. Please be sure to use this link to help keep track of your referrals.
- As mentioned above, you will receive 50% of each paid registrant referred using your link. Tickets will be priced between $77-$127. All payouts will be processed within 30 days.
What happens during the retreat…
- The final retreat schedule will be released soon.
- Your participation in live chats during your scheduled session is highly encouraged. Let me know if you have special scheduling requirements.
